    UMUHIMU WA KULA SAMAKI

    Wana MF

    Bila shaka wengi wetu tunamfahamu samaki.

    Wengi tunafahamu samaki kwa kuwa chanzo cha Protein katika mwili. Zaidi ya hapo Samaki ni muhimu kwa sababu ni chanzo cha Asidi za mafuta ziitwazo Omega - 3 fatty acid. Omega 3 katika mwili wa binadamu husaidia katika kuzuia magonjwa ya Moyo, Kurahisisha Mzunguko Damu, kusafisha ini n.k.

    Ili uweze kuipata Protein hii ni lazima Samaki aandaliwa kwenye joto linalokubalika kitaalam. Wengi wetu tunampika Samaki moja kwa moja kwenye maji lakini kitaalam inatakiwa maji yachemke kwanza kwa 96 mpaka 100 degree then unamuweka samaki kwa dakika tano katika maji yaliyochemka. Kabla ya hapo Samaki wako anatakiwa kuwa amelowekwa kwenye maji ya Chumvi ya kiwango cha asilimia 6% kwa muda wa dakika thelathini.

    Samaki wenye Omega 3 fatty acid bora kabisa ni Pamoja na Jodari, Sangara, Sato,Kibua na Kamongo.....

    Kwa Tanzania katika asilimia mia moja za ulaji wa Protein Samaki anachangia kwa asilimia 30 na ulaji wa samaki Tanzania ni asilimia 8-9 ingawa kiwango kinachopendekezwa na FAO kwa Tanzania ni asilimia 11. Tuongeze ulaji wa Samaki wadau...

    Mwanamume anayependelea kula samaki na ikiwa wanaandaliwa vizuri kimapishi kama alivoandika MTAMBALIKE, anakuwa na nafasi nzuri ya kuongeza nguvu zake katika uzazi.

    Vile mnavowaona watu wanaoishi maeneo ya Pwani au kwenye maziwa, na wakiwa wanakula samaki kwa wingi, basi wanajenga mwili vizuri. Nawaangalia wenzetu wanaoishi kisiwani Pemba, hasa maeneo ambako samaki wanatumika sana kama sehemu ya kitoweleo cha chakula kikuu, wananufaika na ulaji wa samaki.

    KULENI kuku, mayai, mboga, SAMAKI, maziwa. yule akiimba kwa kuhimiza watu wale chakula bora. Ukila chakula bora, unajenga mwili, afya yako, mtoto anayekula chakula bora, wakiwemo SAMAKI, anajenga ubongo wake kiakili.
